YOU as a Wisconsin Resident CAN obtain
Concealed Carry Permits.....
Wisconsin and Illinois
are the only 2 States in the Union
that have no provision, what so ever, for Concealed Carry.

However!! You CAN obtain Permits from other states.

The Color Blue indicates the States that you can obtain Authorization, as a Non-Resident to Carry a Concealed Weapon.
The White colored States have "May Issue" systems that essentially issue permits for Cause only.
(i.e.: The Rich & Famous)
Nebraska is an exception. They are "Shall Issue" but do not, as of yet, recognize other States Permits.

With the Minnesota, Florida, Utah, and Newhampshire permits you would be authorized to carry a concealed defensive weapon on or about your person in all states, below, that are Blue in color.
